This system represents an upgrade over the previous one. Krell^® is one of the world's premier audio designers, and they have developed a 14-speaker audio system exclusively for Acura. The system utilizes amplifier channels with bipolar power distribution to reduce distortion and build on the available power and headroom. The system also offers sharper clarity for mid-range bass sounds thanks to Zylon material incorporated into the construction. Finally, stylish metal speaker grilles provide an aesthetic upgrade to the cabin while creating less vibration. When you have Krell^® audio installed, you still have access to the same expansive audio options, including both AHA and Pandora streaming radio.

The ELS Studio Premium audio system is available throughout the lineup in vehicles like the RDX and ILX with the Technology Package, but the Krell audio system is only available in the RLX.
